[rules-users] Weird Problem: WorkItemManager seems to loose WorkItems

I think this is the problem. Try to synchronize _everything_ (KSession,
Workitems and Flow) on the _same_ Object. (Keep in mind too: a static and a
instance are different objects). I had similar problems and got it fixed
like this.
