[rules-users] Replacing Hand Written Rules

Something like following 2 rules:

# IF when($Awareness,$var0) THEN ^1_Awareness:Time($Awareness,$var0)
# IF $relTime($Awareness,$Time) THEN ^1_Awareness:Time($Awareness,$Time)
