[rules-users] removing reference to Global Data Model from Drools Package in Guvnor

Interesting indeed, and something I was hoping somebody was going to easily
remedy.

However, it appears that this is perhaps a gap that should be closed.

Can you please raise a JIRA at https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR.
