[rules-users] Dynamic Fact(field) Generation in Declarative Model

I've spent some time trawling grepcode and to be honest cannot find any
classes that look to achieve what you need in 5.0.1.

Why use such an old version? Your like if going to be difficult, asproven
by the general lack of answers to the many questions you have been asking.
