[rules-users] How to install and configure the oryx designer in Drools-guvnor ?

The steps seem to be ok. You are using an old version of designer though.
Even if it should work fine, you could try to use the latest version:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbpm/files/designer/designer-1.0.0.055/ There
you have a specific version for JBoss that I tried myself.
