[rules-users] Drools integration common practice

The REST APIS for guvnor is just to interact with the repository,
the Drools Server expose runtime sessions and allows you to interact
with remote drools sessions using REST or SOAP
You can wrap your specific interfaces using REST and interact with the
engine in that way.
