[rules-users] Drools integration common practice

Yeah ... that's sort of my problem :) ... I was expecting to get a clean
war when downloading  http://www.jboss.org/drools/downloads ... host that
in a server and hit it with REST calls from my language of choice

So it looks like I must install Guvnor or do the stripping thing.
