[rules-users] Drools - behaviour

Am loading knowledge base from serialized knowledge packages. Apart from
loading the knowldge base, i have a gui to check the syntax of a rule which
is also taking more time to respond at the very first time but on the
subsequent checks, the syntax check is working fast.
