[rules-users] using complex evaluate expressions with DSL

You have omitted the regular expressions from some of the variable
definitions
in DSL entries:

[when][] {attr:\S+} follows pattern {x:\S+} =
startsWithFunction({attr},{x})

Restore them all, and it's OK.
