[rules-users] how to import rules from a drl to another drl file

There is no "import" (or "include") for .drl.

You should be able to keep all .drl-files in a single directory. Code to get
all .drl-Files from a directory and to feed them to the KnowledgeBuilder,
one by one, is simple.
