[rules-users] Detection of Rule inconsistences?

Here is a list of things that Verifier can currently do: http://community.jboss.org/wiki/DroolsVerifier
It does just what your mentioned, uses Drools to verify Drools. 
You can extend the Verifier rules with your own if you want to.
