[rules-users] Not able to get the knowledgeBase from web application

I am stuck in getting knowledgebase from web application context, I am able
to get the knowledgebase and execute rules from that base if it is desktop
application.

Guide me in this regard, how to get the knowledgebase from web application
using knowledgeAgent approach.
