In general with these sorts of things, if you can make a self contained 
unit test, you'll get a better feel from yourself on whether this works 
or not. And if it doesn't it's a lot easier for the developers to dive 
in and fix this - otherwise it's too abstract and takes invetigation, 
which means you'll be put on the bottom of the work queue, to be done 
when we have some spare time.

In summary those that make it easier for us to determine if something is 
a bug, i.e. with a minimal good unit test, get prioritised for help.
