[rules-users] Guvnor 5.2.0.M2 and User Permissions

This is a missing feature in Guvnor. Permission info is stored in JCR 
repository same as rules etc. But the import/export function does not 
backup the permission data. When you import from an old repository, you 
have to set up permissions manually again. You can file a jira for this 
issue. Thanks.
