[rules-users] Drools server => get a query result

OOOOOOKKKKKK! I found where the error was, 

the problem come from a misformed batch-execution command 
Working first with php array, who encode to json, the fire-all-rules command
were like "fire-all-rules":[] instead of "fire-all-rules":""
