[rules-users] Rule content keyword search

I assume you mean in Guvnor?

AFAIK we only index on rule name, but I may be wrong. Not all assets are
stored as DRL and therefore indexing their content could present a major
change.

Please do raise a JIRA though if you consider the feature as required.
