[rules-users] Drools 5.3.0 Dependencies

What other branch?

If you are de-serializing persisted rules, then "yes", I believe there is no
backwards compatibility between versions.

IIRC there was a compatibility matrix created (very) recently, but for the
life of me I can't find a link - hopefully somebody else reading this can
remind me.
