[rules-users] Guvnor test scenarios for rules that use globals

I would be interested in learning your main reasons for ceasing with Guvnor.
We are always endeavouring to improve Guvnor and, accepting it has much to
be improved, would appreciate your view of its failings that led to your
decision.
