[rules-users] drl problem

thanks manstis.  i tried as u said. but when i'm adding this rule to guvnor
and trying to validate it im getting this errors:

phoneTC ]

compilation failures:[Error: no such identifier: phoneTC ]
[Near : {... phoneTC .tc ....}]             ^[Line: 1, Column: 1]
