@thenim, I think internally Drools uses a Map to map fact handlers to
objects. Also, the Working Memory may operate in two assertion modes, i.e.,
equality or identity, with identity being the default. Therefore, make sure
that the original object and the replacement object are equal using the
current assertion mode.
