[rules-users] Drools crash on simple drl

We reimplemented the biggest part of the constraints evaluation in the 5.4,
so this problem is fixed on the last drools release as a side effect of that
rewriting. However I've been able to reproduce this issue on the 5.3 branch
and I am working to fix it also there.
