[rules-users] Dynamically create drools mvel rules

Have a look to : 
- templates : http://docs.jboss.org/drools/release/5.3.0.Final/drools-expert-docs/html_single/index.html#d0e7413 
- fluent API 
- generate DRL, or XML, or use internal Guvnor classes to do so

I remember seeing this functionality, but after googling - and not finding anything - I thought I would ask here. 
I have a lot of xml files that contain if conditions. 


I would like to read these, and convert them to drools mvel rules. 


Can someone suggest the best way to do this?
