[rules-users] error when running guvnor

I gave up trying to get Guvnor to run in Tomcat 7 and instead opted for
guvnor on Jboss AS 7.1.

This seemed like it was fine. However I did a server restart and now I am
getting the following errors - I really appreciate any help with these. The
problems with Guvnor have greatly slowed ups down, and I would love to get
Guvnor stable and reliable:
