[rules-users] [planner] Scheduling events with varying durations - corrupted score

The timeslots have a fixed start and end time that doesn't change during
planning, but the events are varying durations. I took the cloud balancing
example and modeled it similar to that. I try and fit as many events in a
timeslot as there is room. This seems to work well if I just need the start
and end time of each event at the end of the solving. But since other
constraints require me to check the start and end time then I am kind of
stuck. Thanks for the recommendations with regards to insertLogical I will
see if I can make it work.
