[rules-users] how to use not in oparator in guided decision table in 5.2 version of Guvnor ?

This is not possible in 5.2

In 5.4 you can use BRL fragments as columns (consequentially free-form DRL
too).

This is not an unreasonable expectation though, so please open a JIRA and
I'll endeavor to add as soon as possible (but not back-port to 5.2).
