[rules-users] Automatic PDF rule documentation does not include dsl based business rules

GuvnorDroolsDocsBuilder (as of 5.4, it might be different in earlier
versions).

This extends DroolsDocsBuilder (in drools-verifier).

Always happy to receive pull request.
