[rules-users] Building Guvnor from source

Personally, I have these set in Eclipse:-

-XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Xms512m -Xmx2048m

Lower values might work (I believe there is something about this in the
droolsjbpm-build-bootstrap\README.md).
