[rules-users] How to add multiple conditions in condition column of decision table in Guvnor??

What have you done, from the very beginning?

Row 4 contains "RuleTable Eligibility Rules" so you have a rule created for
it.

Was the web-guided decision table created from scratch or from importing
the XLS?
