[rules-users] How to add multiple conditions in condition column of decision table in Guvnor??

OK, I suspect this relates to the comment I've added to the JIRA.

I assume you've uploaded the XLS to Guvnor as a XLS Decision Table?

The XLS you have provided appears to have no content.
