[rules-users] getting mismatched '==' error

Hi Vincent !

I solved the error by writing a new file.... :)  may be some unseen
error....

but it is not taking taking Policy Year more than 1..... as i have given
year values 2,99 separate rule and for 1 year separate rule.....
