[rules-users] MVELDialectRuntimeData; local class incompatible

Problem is resolved.  What happened was after successfully imported the
respository from 5.2 into 5.4, the package from Guvnor was downloaded and
used w/o doing a package rebuild (in 5.4)  ;)
