[rules-users] Drools desciion tbale - obecjt intialisation

The following table uploads and works okay when loaded directly but through
Guvnor it will upload but will not convert correctly when clicking convert
to desciion table.

I can see the following exception in the apache logs

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: rowData contains a different
number of columns to those provided
        at
org.drools.ide.common.server.util.GuidedDTTemplateDataProvider.<init>(GuidedDTTemplateDataProvider.java:46)
        at
org.drools.ide.common.server.util.GuidedDTDRLPersistence.marshal(GuidedDTDRLPersistence.java:93)


Its been buggy me all afternoon.  Any suggestions are very welcome.
