[rules-users] Could not execute Rules getting NPE

Hi 

factType is returning null. I dont know why. 
I am placing the guvnor.properties in the same location as  the java file. 

Please let me know if i miss something.

Getting error in the below line:
 Object obj = factType.newInstance();
