[rules-users] How to do continuous planning in Optaplanner

Use Immovable filter (see docs chapter about continuous planning) to make
sure the already planning entities don't move. See course scheduling and
nurse rostering video's for 2 different approaches.

You 'll want to load recent historical data because they affect constraints
on the newly placed entities. See nurse rostering video.
