[rules-users] Repositry deployment Issues

for 5.x, there are a number of Rest interfaces documented, for CRUD and build operations. In 6.x you have the GIT, which has client in every language. We have exposed the Maven operations via Rest, which also build, test, install and deploy - see 6.x documentation.
