[rules-users] Not Able to create a condition BRL fragment

Hi Manstis,

Thx a lot for your quick response. I tried to run *add a BRL condition* on
google chrome and its working fine there. So it might be an IE problem. I
have created a BRL condition but when I save the rule and try to validate it
I am getting an error. Please find attached document for screen shot and
short explanation of my drool scenario.
