[rules-users] GC Overhead Limit Exceeded and 1B JoinLeftNode Objects

What are your JVM settings?
If you got an OOME/GCE when ~32Mb of live char[] were occupying ~25% of
your memory,
I'd suspect that you are running your application with a maximum heap
size of 128M...
