[rules-users] How to copy the rules from one guvnor to another.

Hi 

Using REST API it is  possible to download the source of the rules in .txt
file. But hw it is useful?

Only thing that can do is to copy the text from .txt file and create a DRL
rule(Technical-text editor).
Then later i cant manage the rules with guided editor.....

Or is there any other method to make use of REST API to copy rules by
package level from one instance of guvnor to another instance
