[rules-users] Documentation for Drools Expert 5.1

The docs archive only starts from 5.2 indeed:
   http://docs.jboss.org/drools/release/

Before that, they were only available as download zips I believe:
http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.1.1.34858.FINAL/drools-5.1.1-docs.zip
