[rules-users] Guvnor - what is "Author" on top right corner

Hello,

I have Guvnor 5.5. When I access the URL, I see a drop down on the top right
corner and the drop down has one value in it "author". Even when I set
enableRoleBasedAuthorization to true and login as a user with
analyst.readonly, I still see that drop down with "author". Guvnor
screenshots in the documentation don't show that drop down. Anybody know
what that is meant for and how to use it?
