Hi,

You cannot use binary of the package for uploading into servers guvnor
interface as it is a compiled package.You need to use REST api or WebDAV to
download the assets individually and then upload them into another server so
that they are accessible by Guvnor interface. You can develop an ant script
that can download and upload the assets.
