[rules-users] validation error on Template

I probably won't be able to check it out today. I'm in the middle of evaluating the migration of a client's 5.3 repo to 5.5.

I might be able to check it out tonight, although tomorrow seems a bit more likely.

In case it provides any hints on what the issue might be, I grabbed the 5.5.0_Final binary, and I'm running in Tomcat 7 on Java 1.6.0_31.
The exception reported in the dev tools console is as follows:

Uncaught com.google.gwt.event.shared.UmbrellaException: One or more exceptions caught, see full set in UmbrellaException#getCauses 849E40F8AB3433FC72A4400B5D294122.cache.html:9894
