[rules-users] Drools rules in a multi-country sites scenario

So, you have the calling country somewhere in your fact for the "local
rules"
Here are a few way I can think of...
1) In your consequence, use if/then for country specific outcome - not
elegant
2) Use "asserted facts" and create separate rules that need customized
behavior from the global rules - this is the approach I would take
