[rules-users] Ways to list the globals

Sotty, while you're at that, think about giving the stable API via
org.drools.runtime.Globals a way of retrieving all globals. Since
there is getters and setters, the fact that there is a key-value
relationship is pritty well established, and another convenience
method doesn't expose anything.
