[rules-users] Drools Chance

As Mark remarked, the code is still very experimental - mostly due to
lack of time.
However, it is planned to be integrated with 6.x at some point to
facilitate its maintenance.
At the moment, the examples are here:

Feel free to contact me for more details, bugs, feedback, anything, as
at the moment it
is still the best way to use that code.
