[rules-users] REST API new asset

HI,

I was able to create a brl asset using the REST API. I had couple of
questions,

1. How do I specify the category for the brl asset that I'm creating under a
specific package.
2. Do I need to create the asset first and then attach source to it or is
there a way to do it at one shot?
