Then how it is possible to read from another the value?
Let say that the Action column should rely on value specified in differente column. It is possible somehow?

It's not available at runtime. It seems to be there just to help you document things and search within Guvnor/Workbench.

In documentation is just said how to set it, but how later reuse the value from METADAT no idea :(
