[rules-users] No setter found for property 'kBaseName' in class 'org.kie.spring.factorybeans.KBaseFactoryBean'

Hi Vinodkiran,

Thank you for the code base to peruse ....

This code, however does NOT run as is.
It contains the exact same error as we have written about previously: No
setter found for property 'kBaseName' in class
'org.kie.spring.factorybeans.KBaseFactoryBean', in
the mvc-dispatcher-servlet.xml file.

I will run some more tests/tweaks  on it today and see what's needed to
make this code run but as it stands the error still propagates.
