[rules-users] infinite loop rule execution

I am using a hashMap for my facts.  That is I actually have all the facts in
one big hashMap.  Drools treats the hashMap as one fact and whenever I
update this hashMap, all the rules are executed again and again.  

Would are the best way to solve this problem.  I can use no-loop, but it has
its draw back.
