[rules-users] kieContainer version as LATEST for Drools 6

We want it to be quick. I hope 4 to  weeks. We’ll do one beta, one CR and then final.

Also it might be called 7.0. We are being asked to differentiate community versions, with our product version - by increasing the community version number.
